How It All Began

Sherman’s Rockin Illuminations was born from pure Christmas magic! In 2024, we spent the holiday season visiting amazing light displays with friends, and we were absolutely blown away by the creativity and joy these shows brought to families and communities.

As newlyweds, we were looking for our first big project to tackle together. RJ has always been a builder with a passion for trying new hobbies, and this seemed like the perfect challenge. What started as “wouldn’t it be cool if…” quickly became months of planning, designing, and preparing.

Our First Year Journey

2025 marks our very first year, but we’ve been working on this dream all spring, summer, and fall to make it a reality. Every weekend has been filled with learning about lighting, programming sequences, and setting up our display. It’s been an incredible bonding experience as a couple and we’re having an absolute blast bringing this vision to life.

Looking Forward

This is just the beginning! We plan to expand and enhance our display each year, adding new songs, more lights, and exciting props. Our goal is to create a beloved holiday tradition that brings joy to families and spreads Christmas cheer throughout our community.
